On another note: news coming out of Iraq is all good...Only two or three thing's for the government to complete and those thing's can be done pretty much with a hand shack (simple politics) my gut feeling tells me any time but most likely after mid December...This is a good time to go over your financial plan and have your ducks in order...Have a plan to protect your Money and your Future.
